Excuse me please i'm now in egypt and it is from supporting countries for bbm voice but still can't download it because it says that it is not available for this device!!! So how can i resolve this problem

From what country did you buy the Vodafone SIM?

Vodafone has divisions in a couple dozen or more countries. Where did yours come from?
