I scanned the other posts about Doc To Go and didn't see one that fit my problem.
When trying to "TRY" doc to go I get a message that says my smart phone is not operating on the required 4.5 OS. I have a BBerry 9000 BOLD and thought they ran on a 4.5 OS. Am I incorrect or does anyone know how to alleviate this problem?

Your Bold should be running a 4.6.x.xx OS. This may or may not be your issue. Did you dl docs to go? Was is specifically for a 4.5 OS? There might be another version for 4.6.

Thank you all for your help.
I checked the data viz website and was able to get premium downloaded.
On an excel doc that I was previously able to open just fine now gives me the message
"index - 1366326957 >= 16464"
when i try to open it and then it just goes back to the "open document" page. Data viz has no email or phone support and this error message is not listed in any of there online support lists.
any one seen this or have suggestions?

Maybe there is a saved data that leads DocsToGo to this error.
Backup all of your sensitive data via BB Desktop Software, use Advanced option of Backup feature.
After that wipe the device memory.
Go to Options - Security Options - General Settings
open menu and select "Wipe Handheld"
After that launch DocsToGo.
I think the error will go away.
And restore your backup data after that step.

OK have tried all the suggested steps. Anyone know how to revert back to the standard Doc to Go before the 30 day trial of Premium is up. The standard was pre loaded into my phone when I bought it so I don't know how to clear and reload.
Or should I just wait the trial out to keep from messing any thing up?
