I'm a new user and I've just got a blackberry bold 9900. It has a problem that as soon as I make a call, the screen lights go off and no keys work unless I disconnect the call. Once the call is disconnected, everything is back to normal. Please help me with the problem. Thanks.
It has a detector, which turns the display off for a safety reason - the touchscreen. It is true that no key works during a call except the numbers, 'star' and 'hash'. It is not a problem, it's normal.
