Problem to synchronize

Now I installed the Desktop software thanks to Bifocals' help! Smiley Happy

But I've got another problem..

 

I'm trying to synchronize, an error message came up, "Unable to locate main application in system table."

What does it mean?? Please help!

1) are you logged in with full administrator rights?

2) did you go through the sync device wizard?

1) I'm the only user for this laptop.

2) I don't think it went through the sync devise wizard.

It looks different from my Desktop Software, which is ver. 4.6 without Media Manager...

These are the base screens the last one is how it should look when you are done. Make sure you set conflict resolution to notify you, so if there are any problems you can stop them early

I haven't seen any of those screens.

It stops during processing synchronization progress.

Open the manual I sent, and start at page 11. You need to go through the setup process.
