Ok so I turned on my phone randomly and it sayed a built in media failure has occured please repair so I tryed to and it failed. I tryed agan but failed again so I plugged the phone into my pc and formatted the blackberry drive the 8gb one I full formatted it and now I've lost my start.exe file and all the other system files that where in there is there anyway of like getting my drive back to default after doing this.
