Hello,

Ok i have a BB9000 Bold, and for some reason i get messages on my BB Messenger and they are shown in white?!

in other words, the BBM has white background and the messages i get are not shown, i see a blank white screen, unless i move the cursor over the words one by one or if i highlight to selest.

I have tried updating my device, but nothing... I have completely deleted BBM from my phone via Desk Top Manager, and then reloaded it, and the same thing remains...

Any solution to this?

I'm having the same issue... For no apparent reason it just changes to white and I can't see anything. I have to clear the chat or log out of BBM in order for it to restart!. How do I fix it? Any clues?

Do you also have a Blackberry Bold ?

Yes I have a BB Bold as well...

I tried rebooting but nothing... any ideas?

Nothing for sure..

Lets try changing the theme to a different theme...

Same here... No Luck at all.... I've tried everything I know how to do and still nothing!

We'll have to wait for an "official" fix I guess....

I think I have this figured out.  Do you have any of the themes from gadgetbean.com installed (whether or not you're using them)? If so, try uninstalling them, especially if you have one called Real World (it's a blue theme with white fonts...very pretty, I think). I changed themes and it didn't fix it, but when I uninstalled it, it seems to be back to normal.
