Problem with Log-In Blackberry Account on Device

Hi,

 

I am having problem with logging in to my blackberry account. I need to log-in to get access to my emails and most importantly, during my travels abroad, overtime I put in a new sim card, it requires me to log-in. Everytime I entered my password, there is a long wait and a pop-up appears and say:

 

" Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID accout"

 

I tried changing my password a few times, and I tried using sim cards that should have worked. The phone has been unlocked. Can someone please help me?

do I understand correctly ?

you have a regulat sim card, let's call it SIM1, that works perfectly with your device.
When you use it, the device does not prompt you for the BBID + password

when you use an additional sim card, let's call it SIM2, you are requested to log in your BBID + password.

if that is the case, are you sure of the password? are you able to log in here ?
