I have been facing the following problem with My BB Bold since i bought it,

sometimes i loose the connection from the provider and when its back i can't get connected to the internet neither receive new mails or connect to the MSN Messenger, so i turn of the device off and turn it on again to get the connection back.

Can you please tell me whats the solution for my problem.

RIM recommends this to re-establish communications on the BB...

With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

I did this several times before but the problem is still occuring.

You and I seem to be sharing the same issue. Battery pulls only momentarily solve my browser problems. We should not have to be doing constant batt pulls for as much as this deivce costs. I had less problems with my 8310. Batt pulls of course but not at this level.

Got home last night and after I connected on WI-FI and tested the browser began working after some time. I cut off WI-FI and began testing again and the 3G began working at top speed.

NOW! My question is this. Should'nt it work on the EDGE network IF 3G or WI-FI is not available??

Ok so just went back to the Curve (8310). As I suspected no problems with browser, apps, or ne thing else for that matter
