Re: Problem with zoom on 9900 pdf attachments

I am also experiencing this issue with mutiple blackberry bold 9900 on OS 7 at my company. Does anyone think this could be related to our BES server since it is version 4.1??

Hi,

Are you on connected to a BES server and if so what version. We were running 4.1 but we have now switched to 5.0.3 and zooming into PDF's no longer turn the screen black. A workaround is to hit the blackberry button while in the PDF and select assign to contact and you can zoom in, it does not look/work the best but at least you can read the PDF.

Re: Problem with zoom on 9900 pdf attachments

Hello,

Some user have  BB bold 9900 and BES 4.1. they can not zoom on pdf files from email, black goes black each time. but they can open pdf, and with other files, it's working well.

Unfortunately, I can not update BES server to 5.0 (seems fix this issue...)

Do you have any idea ?

Regards,

Yvan
