Problems Accessing BB Website

I have been trying to download and install Google Talk since I received my Bold the other day.  Every time I visit http://mobile.blackberry.com, I'm met with the message:

 

The XML is not well-formed.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this and how can I get this to work?

I had this problem because I did not have the Blackberry Internet Browsing service book. So check in the Service book list if it's there. In the Browser options there should be 3 settings for default Browser - I had only two.

 

I had to ring my provider (resending the service books from my BIS website just sent what I already had). First person didn't know what I was on about but the second did and re-setup my Blackberry at their end.

 

If you're on Orange UK it's 156 then option 4 then 2.
