Problems with my 9700 app. Memory

After I upgraded my app world, my app memory usually decrease automatically whenever I browse or play games on my phone. I need to reset my phone so that the free memory will be in its original state. Pls help me so that my memory will not diminish automatically.

Welcome to Support Community Forums

 

 

If you use our device for a long browsing session or playing games or watching videos it will leak memory ,On that ocassion a Battery Pull Restart is enough to recover that lost memory.

 

In addition what is your device OS is it OS 5 or 6 ,If you have 6 then please don't install too much Application at a time  it lead to low memory.
