I just did the setup of my 2 e-mail accounts on my new BB Bold 9930. Everything went well and I received the screen message saying that the e-mail setup was OK and that I should find the e-mail icon to access it on my home screen.
The problem is that I can't find the e-mail icons and also it seems that the e-mails weren't correctly setup, (although they appear if I go to the e-mail accounts setup) since if I go to the main messages icon and access it, and then click the menu key and then click on "compose e-mail" a message appears saying "no message services configured. You will be redirected to the setup wizard to setup your e-mail account". But when I'm redirected to the e-mail accounts setup I see my e-mails there.
I also tried by accessing main messages icon and clicking "menu", then "options" and then "inbox management" to un-check the e-mail accounts to stop receiving the e-mails at the "general messages" to see if by doing this the e-mails icons appear, but there are also no e-mails listed.
Can anyone please help me? I would appreciate it a lot.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books (pre-BB10 devices only)
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should try deleting and re-adding your configurations for the affected email accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
