Problems with new ID

I have just set up BB ID online and I am trying to get my Bold to log in. I am getting not recognised attempt 6/10.

 

Is there a delay between before the ID becomes available?

 

What happens if I get to 10/10?

 

Any help greatly received

The message I was getting was the ID or password was not recognised and the 610 attempts. As I was also experiencing problems applying the upgrade I followed the recommendation in another forum post to download the loader.exe, which worked successfully.

 

After doing this I tried the registering again and was successful, so problem solved, but thank you for responding
