Make sure you've not got any filters set. You said you've "tried" that, but do you have any set?

did exactly what ellesar said,no filters applied .

As previuosly mentioned i can get the messages by advanced search but still not showing in the inbox

What folder do they appear in when you search?

neworderweb, if you need direct support, please call O2, you pay them for technical support, don't be afraid to use them. This is a user-to-user community support forum. We are not RIM employees, but volunteers who enjoy assisting other users. RIM personnel rarely comment on queries posted here. You would have noticed this in the message upon registration. So, please don't be rude.

 

Have you tried deleting your gmail account and adding it back?

 

This really appears to be a Gmail problem, not a BlackBerry device or OS issue.

No worries, I understand being frustrated.

 

O2 should help you since we've not been able to do so. But I do think this is a gmail setting issue.
