I thought I emailed myself a video file and deleted it from my Bold. Can I recover it?

assuming you dont keep backups, if you deleted it and your sure its gone you can not get it back, check the phono and/or media card though.

if your deleted file was stored on media card it can be restored via windows unerase/undelete utility.

when your device with card inside and unlocked keyboard is connected to your desktop computer - there is a new removable drive appears.

This new removable disk represents your media card.

Apply your undelete utility to this drive and try to restore your video file.

I went to the website, and was bombarded with a list of things....i have not the slightest idea of what I need to look for. Can you kind of narrow down the search?

Tell us first the details of what you did, do you have a backup on your PC, etc., and so on.

no i dont have a back up of those files.. i connected my phone to the pc n instead of deleting the folder i wanted i deleted this media files folder.. pls help me to recover those files...

I was using the "File Manager" application and I attempted to move all my videos from the "Camera" folder to the "Video" folder, after I tried to do such it said I couldn't because there was a shortage of space (isn't true whatsoever). About a half an hour later, I entered the "Video" application, which the videos I had taken had previously been, but this time there was nothing there and my Z10 was telling me that I never took any videos. I never deleted any of the videos I had taken while in the "File Manager" app and I never deleted any videos while in the "Video" app. I really hope that if I can't get back my videos I can at least get a logical explanation as to why I don't have any of the videos I recorded and what happened that caused them to disappear. Thank you
