Regarding error in application

I am using blackberry bold 9780. whenever I use the install application (whatsapp , we chat etc) it works but after sometimes it automatically stops working and it start again only if i reset my device (remove and insert battery), it shows the error that check your network connection. so its my problem and i have to reset it 7 to 8 times a day. I have tried many things, i have upadated my version. I wiped and again installed OS 6, but still the problem persists. So please suggest how can i resolve it.

Welcome to the forums. 


When this error happens do you loose all data functions or just the data function within the Whatsapp application?
