Remove IT Policy

I bought a BB Bold on Ebay and it apparently has an IT Policy on it.  How do I remove it so I can disable the password security etc.

Re: Remove IT Policy

The easiest option is to hook up the device to a BES server and apply the Default policy.  If you don't have this as an option then you can do what is listed in the thread below. You will need to be familiar with editing the registry for this solution to work.

Re: Remove IT Policy

Check my link below, I've used this method many times to remove IT Policies, no editing of the registry required.

Very simple using JLCmdr.
