Reset One ID?

Hi,

My mother's One ID was set up by someone else who we currently can't get in touch with.

We tried creating a new account, but since she only has one email, the account would be a duplicate. We don't know the answer to the security question, and there is no mention of a One ID reset. Now we're unable to download or update anything via the App World.

Help would be much appreciated. Many thanks!

You are reffering to BlackBerry ID. Perform Security Wipe, see this article.

I've deleted and re-made the account and this has worked fine.
