My previous blackberry bold 9780 got 'white screen of death' so i backed it up with blackberry device software. I was then sent a new blackberry bold 9780 and i want to get the backed up information onto my new phone, i have completed the restore but this has only put the information onto my documents on my desktop but not on my phone, so would you be able to help and tell me how to get the information from my documents onto my phone? thanks
