Here's my issue, no matter what I do - when I receive a phone call, text message, SMS, Blackberry messenger message, my phone uses the same "ding ding ding" alert instead of the ringer that I've chosen on my "normal" sound profile. I've reset my phone several times, I've not installed any new software, I've double and triple checked my profiles for proper settings, and made sure there were no exceptions interfering. I am for the first time since I've owned my Blackberry completely clueless. Has anyone else ever had this issue? Is there anyone out there that has any idea's? Thanks in advance....
