1. Are you looking for them while connected to the USB cable and your PC? If so, disconnect and look again.
2. Remove the Media Card and replace it in the slot. Allow the BB time to reboot AND scan the Media Card to update it's cache. Look again.

I just got my Blackberry Bold yesterday along with the media card. I have copied some ring tones from my previous phone into the card. When I connect the phone to my computer and turn on mass storage, I can see the files in the ringtones folder.
I am trying to set a custom ringtone for my sister, and when I browse for the tone (click browse then browse again), I see a location (or two?) listed:
Select
/Media Card/BlackBerry/ringtones/
[little folder icon] ringtones
Is that the full path that it's looking in, /Media Card/BlackBerry/ringtones/ringtones? Or is it listing two locations /Media Card/BlackBerry/ringtones/ and another ringtones folder?
If it's listing two different locations, I am not able to select the /Media Card/... location, just the folder. I look through the ringtones folder and my ring tones are not showing up.
I have the media card support turned on, no encryption.
