Hi There!

 

I'm with Etisalat in the UAE. There's no specific plcae that the signal is lost. The baffling issue is that the signal sign is on' however I am unable to receive any calls or messages neither can I make any. I have to switch the connection off and then restore it. This happens quite often in the day.

Can you try different network sim. Because it sounds like a network issue. I'm experiencing the same, not that often, though. But I decided to give it a try, it is e new network supplier and I'm sure they will develop in future.

Etisalat is a very old and established network, in fact they were the first telecommunications service provider in the UAE. I did call them and they said there was nothing wrong on their side. My entire family is with this provider and I am the only one that is experiencing problems.

Is it locked phone? Can you try another SIM and see if the problem persists?

Thank you for your kind assistance. Today the store that I bought the mobile from, replaced it with a new one.
