Whenever I receive/send a SMS text, I receive a message that "SIM Card is full! Please delete some SMS text messages." I'm not sure why this is popping up all on a sudden. I pulled my battery out for 10 seconds and reassembled everything only to have this message keep popping up. Please help!

Go to Options>SMS> Leave messages on SIM card> Set to NO
hope that helps!

Yes, that helped! I also posted this in someone's thread but received no responses. Perhaps you can help me with the problem in that some of my SMS texts disappeared:
I am also having the same problem in that the phone was taking a long time to process and then I took the battery out, waited 30 seconds, and put it back in. When I turned it on, all icons were still there, but then I received a notification that my BB was registered. And then I noticed that there were SMS messages that were missing. And the SMS that was missing wasn't consistent in that two weeks of September were missing and then everything from Feb 2010 (when phone was activated) through the end of Aug 2010 were missing as well. The last time I updated my software was back in June 2010. I also checked for any updates last week and this morning in which there was none. I am running on v126.96.36.1992 (Platform 188.8.131.52). Any lead is greatly appreciated!

Well there are a few reasons why sms messages will auto-erase.
One being lack of memory... this will cause old messages to delete to make room for new. So how long were you having the SIM inbox issue?
Another Reason would be in Messages>press menu key> options>general options> what is Keep Messages set to?
Any other info that you can provide to help narrow this down would be great!

Hey, I actually kinda have the same problem, except before in my options it was never saved on my SIM but I decided to save it on my SIM card. Later then I received the same msg that the person above posted. I then went back and changed it to not to save on SIM card, and I keep getting this msg. I'm not able to receive msgs. I have even rebooted the device, took the battery out, and the SIM card, yet I keep getting that pop up. Please let me know what I can do to fix it.

My phone has the same problem. I was tinkering around in settings and stupidly turned on 'store sms on SIM'. About a day later it told me my SIM was full and I need to delete messages.
I turned off the 'store sms on SIM' option. I saved all of the SIM messages onto my phone/memory card and deleted all messages off my SIM card (SMS SIM card Inbox is now empty).
However, the message is still appearing! How can I get rid of it??
