I bought a original packed SIM-lock-free Bold9900 and discovered that it is a German Telekom locked device. How can this be ? As a Vodafone customer this Bold9900 is completly useless - Vodafone cannot connect my Bold9900 and I see the T of Telekom
Why does RIM not have a quality assurance ? All my friends - most of them are not iPhone fans - are laughing about me because I am / was stil a Blackberry fan.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9900 smartphone.
You will need to contact your point of sale to investigate this matter further as they are better able to assist with the SIM unlock process.
