I have just upgraded my bold 9700 software and now my blackberry protect is not working and i cannot dowload appworld or even facebook, I cannot upgrade whatsapp and my phone freezes esspecial when connecting to internet!!!!!!!!! HELP PLEASE

First try a Battery pull restart by removing the battery while your device is Powered On , then try those steps :
1- Register your Handheld .
2- Resend your Service Book
3- Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back
Then try to access those services or applications , But still if you recieve any error messages then let us know .

When you try those steps did you recieved those registration messages on your message box ! Also as you recieved those errors , So to what version you have updated your device software and did you used Blackberry desktop software to update the OS or is it an official OS pack from your Carrier. Is that OS specific to your device model ?

On your Homescreen go to Options > Device > Application Management > Locate BlackBerry Protect , highlight it , press the menu key then delete that application .After delete perform a battery pull restart like this device Powered ON remove the battery wait a min. the reinsert it back .
After reboot from your BlackBerry Browser browse to www.blackberry.com/protect and download it again , If required perform another reboot . Once it is done try accessing BlackBerry Protect and see if it allows without any errors.
