Another little issue. I have got my BB to synch with my e-mail account in-box, but the e-mails I send on my BB don't appear on my computer and vice versa. I don't have BB Enterprise - just ordinary e-mail pick up. Is this normal?
It's normal, according to your email server type (POP, IMAP) and how you have it setup and when you say "appear on your computer" what you mean by 'where'.
On your computer... in Outlook? In your Email server?

Hi - the e-mails sent by BB don't appear in Outlook, and when I send an e-mail in Outlook it doesn't appear on my BB.

You can't on POP3 email. It's just a limitation of POP3.
I used POP3 for years, about a year ago I switched over on my GoDaddy host to an IMAP server, and now my "sent on BlackBerry" emails do appear in my Outlook on my desktop.
What you're wanting to do is possible in a round about way, by setting an auto CC to all emails in our BlackBerry email setup, to deliver a copy to your email address, then in that email setup you would also set a filter to block all emails from yourself from being delivered to your BlackBerry.
