Whay cannot I send emails but I receive them from a personal account? I have a BB ID. Emails come to my main message area and not to the email folder I have set up.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books (pre-BB10 devices only)
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should try deleting and re-adding your configurations for the affected email accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.

Thanks but I have already registered the phone and I have a BB Bold 7.0. AS I siad I get messages in my message folder but cannot send any from this folder and there are none in my email folder.

If you have, as you say, "already registered" your device, then you have completely only 1/3 of what I recommended above. As I stated above:
In most situations, issues exactly like yours are cured by conducting these steps, but you of course are free to ignore any recommendations provided.
