Messages sent on my BB Bold 9900 are not showing on my desktop Outlook
It is very important for me to keep a copy on my desk of all my work emails sent from my handset
Tried previous solutions : Message/Option but all the email preferences I checked did not allow this
Can you help ?

Reconciliation capabilities between your BB and your email SERVER are governed by this KB:
If your email service supports it AND if you have it configured correctly, then your email SERVER may have your items sent from your BB in it's Sent Items folder. But, that is strictly the server...reconciliation between the server and your desktop Outlook is separate, and governed by the capabilities of Outlook. There are some email systems for which Outlook can reflect the server contained items (e.g., IMAP), but not all.
The workaround most folks use if their server cannot receive the Sent Items from the BB and/or their server is incapable of reflecting it's Sent Items to Outlook is to configure an auto-bcc to themselves for every email they send from their BB:
