Server cerificate expired on my phone and I am not receiving emails

Hello

 

 I tried to reinstall an App from Blackberry Apps website

They asked me for a Blackberry ID

I was not able to remember in 9 shots the password.I used all the chances 10/10 with remebering the answer on personal question and finally , than I received on the phone screen " you are trying to open a secured conexion, but server certificate expired.

 I still have a last shot ( done 9/10) to introduce correctlypasword for the ID recover

 

I have on the creen the following tabs Continue, Close conexion and See the certificate .

 

Can you help me in solving the problem of emails and ID blackberry / server certificate for future Apps?
