Shut down blackberry

hey there! um i got a problem with my blackberry bold 9780,,,, sometimes, my phone just shut down without any reason, even when it started back up again it doesnt give an error... it's moslty when the battery is on 30%... i already Re-installed the software of the blackberry again but it didnt work... what to do?

It sounds like your on-device battery meter and the actual battery charge are in disagreement.

 

Leave the device to charge 2-3 hours, and then, still connected to the charging cable, remove the the battery from the device a few seconds and reinsert it. Let it charge to 100%, and use the device normally. You might need to do this again a couple of times over the next couple of days to get the on-device meter correct.
