When is it going to be released skype for blackberry? Was suposed to be released the lite version this month but no date!!

ya pretty sad huh when Blackberry has been out longer then both the iPhone and Android  yet  iPhone & Android already have Skype app but Blackberry doesn't.....   watch when the Palm Pre comes out in 2047 it will have Skype before BB

I have looked on the website and there is still nothing. I am hoping that it will be this friday.

Keep checking www.skype.com/m from your BB to see if it been released.

Yes is very sad that sucks that a great device is missing some important applications like this one, next time i buy a device i will investigate firts..

Until Skype releases a BB client, the next best thing is iSkoot

I have used this a lot over the last year, and I notice that the battery drain is rapidbut it gets the Skype'ing done

thank you, i know about skype clients i heard a lot about iskoot but how can i know if ill be charged airtime like a normal call, i am in italy i have unlimited data plan and pay 0.17 euros a min and i pay with credit card so i wont see the charges until next month and i dont want to have like 500 euros to pay at the end of the month.

So is there any way to know if i will be charged?
