When editing your contact item for your office voice mail, you should have this keyboard when you are on any phone number field:
The key with the white P and W...that is pause and wait. Press once for pause. Press twice quickly for Wait. I think the wait is perhaps 2 seconds each. You will need to experiment to find the correct wait length (on mine, it's 2 W's).
