Still having no BBM function after migration...HELP

Hi, I joined the Support Community Forum recently due to a major BBM problem I was (and still am) having. Having (successfully and repeatedly) entered my BB-ID et al my BB Contcats on my new handset have been 'Restoring' for over 2 weeks now. As such there's currently no BBM communication or function active on my new handset. I put out an SOS post to which I got an array of responses....all to no avail. Please can BlackBerry (or anyone) advise if there's a way out of this most frustarting rut...and are all my BB Contacts lost, irretrievable, or what...? Thanks

Please use plain text.

Re: Still having no BBM function after migration...HELP

Hello,

Not knowing what was covered in your other thread (threads perhaps?), we risk of course redundant advice here. But, assuming that many things have already been done and that those things have already exhausted all that the end user can do, your next step is formal support, which you do not obtain here. Indeed, you obtain nothing formal from anyone, including BlackBerry, here on this site.

Rather, for formal support, you work with your mobile service provider. They are responsible for all of your formal support, and can escalate cases into RIM that require enhanced support. There is no way (for free) to bypass them in that process.

Good luck!
