Stolen Phone

Hi,

My blackberry 9900 (OS 7, Carrier: Digicel) was stolen...I had the blackberry protect installed but it seems the stealer have deleted my blackberry protect or has reinstalled the application because I'm not getting through when I try to follow the steps on blackberry protect online. I would like to know if there is any other way I can track my blackberry device other than through blackberry protect.

Thank you

Please use plain text.

Re: Stolen Phone

Nope, not via the PIN, unless as explained in the link.
