If you have BlackBerry Protect you should be good, but if you do not have BlackBerry Protect, call the police

Yes, call the police but not before calling your carrier.  Your carrier will be able to block your SIM card so nobody else can rack up charges on your account.  They might also be able to block the phone's IMEI which will make the phone useless to anyone else.

So call your carrier then call the police then go get another BlackBerry (because you probably won't see this one again) and download BlackBerry Protect to your new phone.
