Dear All,
I have an issue with one of my email on the BB, I have setup a new email as IMAP email, at the first few days i use to see the sent items from my outlook at my BB device. Currently I can only see incoming email or Inbox only the sent items dose not appear anymore in the device. I have check all option on Outlook, I also checked with server admin seems all ok, on the BB i also went online make sure all options are correct. on my Gmail I can see it works very welll.....
Any idea? please help

Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your email account.
The BlackBerry Internet Service reconciles to the web mail account and not to the desktop program, in this case Microsoft Outlook.
Do you have a webmail version of the email account you can view? If so, do you see your sent items in the webmail account?
