Sync Error Code 0x8004fd2b

In trying to sync my bb9000 device with the desktop manager, I get a popup window with the following error code:

 

"Error Code  0x8004fd2b    Check Documentation"

 

And then the Sync crashes.

 

Anyone have ideas?
