Sync Error - Unknown Error - Blackberry Bold

Interesting issue - single notebook - 2 users different versions of outlook

 

1. User A - using Blackberry 8707g for personal use

2. User B - using Blackberry Bold for business use

 

Version 4.6 Desktop Manager installed. On previous version could sync seperately with no issues. Now with 4.6 it firstly requires internet access (!!) then it will only sync on one user in the computer. This means that it is now defeating the purpose of having two blackberrys and also as the data is physically on seperate disks in the hard drive it should recognise the different users.

 

Any solutions - idea is to have two copies of desktop manager and run them independently of each other
