Please provide more details...searching the public KBs, I do not find the error code you provided. Please provide the exact and complete error message. Also, provide exactly the steps in the process you take, and exactly when this error presents. Also tell us if this is PC or MAC, and the exact version (4 octets please) of the Desktop Software you are using, along with the exact version of your Organizer (e.g., Outlook) you are using.
