Sync problem

I sync my BB with my computer with the USB cable. It has worked for some time. However, recently when I sync my BB with my computer and it goes through the process of reconciling with my outlook calendar and I am at the point of accepting additions/deletions, I receive and error code- 0x80040fb3.

 

I am not sure what to do and desperately need my calendar to sync.  

 

Any suggestions?
