Sync stopped working

Hello everyone, I just joined. 

 

Main reason for joining, I need help:  I keep getting the following error message when I sync:

error line 131 ini. / Error cpp.

 

BB Smartphone 9780

Vodaphone

Outlook 2010

Windows 7 Prof

Pc

 

All worked fine until 1 week ago!  Unitl I upgrade to latest software.

 

I am using the latese desktop software, and have just downgrade the client to the last version that actually synced properly, and it still blows.

 

Any ideas?

thanks, It worked partially.  However I now get:

 

CRTranRec:: Get linked Record

 

An error which again stops the sync

 

HELP
