Synchronization Problem

when trying to synchronize my BB Bold I immediately receive an 'Unknown error reported' condition and the synchronization fails to complete. I have reinstalled the Desktop Manager Application several times and performed a hard and soft reboot of the device but no luck. I need help to resolve.  Thank you.

You have all the data in Outlook?

Which Desktop Manager version are you using?
