Synchronizing

Hello I am Jitendra Jhaveri and using Bold 9900 device with os7.

While synchronizing the contacts and memo calendar etc. With Outlook on my computer I get following Error message

"CRT ranRec:get Linked Record ID:invalid Linked record ID " I even re installed the Desktop manager but still not getting through. I haven't sync my device since long time please suggest the solution.

Backup your contacts on outlook

delete them  all

and try to do a one way sync to outlook and see if your still receive the error

some of your contacts have a blank image which is attempting to save a new image for the same...

Are you doing a one-way sync or two-way... if one-way.. is it device to outlook or from outlook to device?

it should not arise often, it could corruption in your contacts

It's not most likely a corruption.. but it causes due to blank contacts as in the KB article which is mentioned. :smileyhappy:
