hehe yeah i had to delete the vendor.xml two times lols. I was wondering also, there are leaked versions out there that are not official. Do you consider using them or keeping to the official runs for now? thanks

Are you on XP or Vista/7? I personally would stick to the official ones. The leaked versions may be unstable, or have serious gliches and problems!

i run windows 7 64 bit. Yeah i was reading into them and i don't want problems. I just hope RIM releases more official updates sooner. Because the leaked versions are getting way up there ahah XD

Ok for windows 7, you have to delete it twice sorry I should have said! Yeah, RIM hands them over to the carriers when they are safe and stable so your best bet is stick to the officials!

okey thanks. hehe. I upgraded and now when i turn on my phone, i get gibberish white everywhere. It's all white and my icons are messed up.. oh man.

What do you mean messed up?

like the whole screen is white, and then the icons are messed up and there is no curser and such. it looks like one of those 2d atari games LOLS with the old pixals

It may have got corrupted during the update. Use BBSAK, wipe device and update again without the BBSAK step
