T-Mobile Blackberry bold IM

I just bought my unlocked BB bold from Rogers. And I'm using T-Mobile.

It really gives me a lot of problem. But I managed to fix all of them.

However, my last problem is dealing with the IM.

The IM icon doesn't appear on my Bold. I tried to Download it from Blackberry website but got no luck.

Can anyone help me?Is it because of my carrier? because when I called the carrier, they said I should got no problem with the Instant Messaging.

To what IM application are you referring?  BBMessenger?  AOL?  Yahoo?

The BB messenger works well.

I meant the common IM such as MSN, AOL, and Yahoo which usually we got automatically after we have the BIS plan

Did you ever manage to get your internet working??  I have a bold too and I'm on Tmobile as well and I can't get my internet to work....  Let me know if you did.  Thx :-)

I have a bold with tmobile and i downloaded from www.mobile.blackberry.com are you trying from this page?

Hello,

 

just saw that you discussed the "No Internet running a BB 9000 under the T-Mobile carrier" issue. Got a Bold as Xmas present and have exactly the same problem: no E-Mails, no web. Cannot activate it, since in the E-Mail setup there is no option for personal accounts; only for the Enterprise server.

 

Have you solved your Internet issues with T-Mobile? If so - how - what to do?
