Hi,
My name is G.Safdary, 5 weeks ago i bought a Blackberry Bold 9900 for
179 euro with a T-Mobile contract(39 euro monthly because i have to pay
7.50 extra for Blackberry service).
Today when i woke up i wanted to charge my phone because the Blackberry
Bold 9900's battery life is so dramatic i can't even use or couldn't use
it longer then 4 hours because after 4 hours there was no charge left. I
used the word COULDN'T because as from today, my phone isn't working
anymore.
can YOU believe it? i can't! 5 weeks not a single scratch on it and yet it
does not work anymore. So let me thank you RIM for deceiving me. now i have
to wait for 3 week till they "repair" my awesome phone. I do wanna tell u
that i ignored all the warnings i got from my friends, telling me that
Blackberry is a crappy phone.
So thank you again for a crappy phone, thank you for getting me a contract
for a year with a crappy phone, and thank you for nothing.
it is really great that i cant contact you directly.
I do really hope to get an great respond and that this email will not be
ignored.

You would have noticed this in the EULA and message upon registration.

You might also consider asking us if we know how to help you with your issue. Any phone can run into problems (yes, even iPhones and Androids......it's true).
