Do you have any third party apps for themes installed? If so, try deleting those.

 

See if you can open start up your device in Safe Mode. If so, (on OSv6) then go to Options > Device > Application Management; or (on OS v5) to Options > Advanced > Applications.

Delete the third party apps and themes.

Reboot in normal mode.

I have like 10 3rd party themes.  One of the times I went into a constant reboot was when I tried to download

What type of third party apps should I stay away from besides the themes?  I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to educate me on my BB problems. -Jennifer

I would delete them ALL for now, until you determine which is the culprit.
