Touch Screen Malfunction

My device touch screen malfunctions frequently. It on its own start clicking things or while on call, even on speaker, does mute or unmute without me touching the screen. Is it a prominent problem in Bold 9900

It's a software glitch that can be resolved by removing your battery while your phone is powered on.  Leave it out for a few seconds then replace it.

 

If that doesn't resolve the issue, reloading your OS should.  To do this, plug your phone in to your PC and open BlackBerry Desktop Software.  Click Device at the top of the software then Restore.  Load the most recent restore point.

This I have already done, but it did not help. Just to add I was facing this issue and Blackberry support centre replace key components of my device (entire outside body touch screen, keypad, etc). But the issue still persists.

 

Being a business phone its becoming great problem giving this phone for service again and again. The phone is still in warranty
