Trackpad Bold 9900 issue...i can move but can't scroll

Hi people,

i've an issue with my new bold 9900. My trackpad sometimes suddenly stop working, i can click but i can't scroll in any direction. It works again only after a battery pull. I've updated my software, now 7.0.0.585 WIND IT, but nothing to do...i tried to do a complete wipe without restore any backup, but after some days it stop working again. I also tried to wipe completely and reinstall NO any 3rd app...only default App but nothing, the problem seems not depending by 3rd app...i have no more ways....HELP ME...i love my bold but i'm hating it...Can be that in a day the problem doesn't appear and the next day appears 2/3 times..
