Via AppWorld, to re-install your apps, please see this KB:

Depending on your OS level, you may need to first sign into your existing BB ID on the new BB, and that should as well shift things over. But, only compatible apps...you need to check the AppWorld catalog to see if your apps are compatible with your new BB.
If your apps are procured elsewhere, you need to check with the site you obtained them from and/or the developer to see if they are compatible with your new BB as well as if they need to provide you with a new license key.
